I am looking for blinds that do not run directly over the entire window, meaning the window and frame, but are mounted directly inside the frame. I would like to know what they are called at Ikea. Can someone help me?

So, I know them by the name Klemmjalousinen. They shouldn't really be called anything else. Otherwise, just look for one that is for clamping and then take a size that fits directly over the window and no more.

basically you can use any blinds and roller shutters that fit the dimensions of your window, the clamp brackets are (hopefully still) universal at the hardware store. Please ask about that, otherwise you can also take the ones from the DIY store, also universal. ;)
