And the builder and life partner are then also immediately excluded from the insurance. But you still have to pay it. There is a basic amount of 100-150 € that you have to pay in any case. However, there is no service provided in return.

The whole action only serves to secure some fuzzies at [BG Bau] their traditional perks and a comfortable job. The matter actually has no other function.

Best regards,

Andreas

Oh yes, make copies and keep proof of everything you send. They tend to lose documents and then ask for them multiple times.

With me, they wanted the same form filled out three times. It only stopped when I sent them the previous answers.

Best regards,

Andreas

And then it may be that they come for an inspection. It happened to us even though we really had everything ready for use from a GU. Where are they, we have an appointment? We were on vacation, the letter was in the mailbox. Weeks later the one from the BG came. My husband said what is this about? Here is the contract with the GU. He even said we hadn’t declared that. So we got a copy and showed it to him. He backed off again. What is he supposed to do here.

When will something like this arrive? We haven't received anything so far and have been living in the house since February

Are you building the house alone and paying for it? Because if not, then the father-in-law would be the father of the client = family. This does NOT only include the client (female) and client (male), can be read in the topic of favor ... you may have to pay for your father but if something happens the BG Bau won't pay you because they define it as a favor ... yosan: they probably forgot about you, that comes quite early on
