Bergsbo doors do not close

Hello everyone,
I bought and assembled the Bergsbo shelf with glass shelves and glass doors.
Everything worked wonderfully. Only the doors do not close properly. I have the feeling that the hinges
are not strong enough to pull the heavy glass doors properly closed. Has anyone already had
similar experiences or can recommend a solution?

I already placed something underneath so that the cabinet is tilted backward, but it did not help.

That almost sounds like a manufacturing defect. Or maybe it was assembled incorrectly???

Call Ikea and ask what can be done about it! :rolleyes:

Hello, I called IKEA, and there was no knowledge of a production error. I then adjusted the screws a bit and voilà, it worked. Turning in the adjustment screws helps! Embarrassing for me - maybe helpful for the forum :)
