BEG application, BAFA requires a development plan???

How do other energy consultants solve this when time is running out and there is no development plan at all?
No response has yet come from BAFA itself to my inquiry, the energy consultant hotline is not staffed.

Apparently, subsidies are also granted differently, since now net amounts are being mentioned.
Only for one building, though. Although the question of whether there are other buildings nearby seems pretty pointless.

Sorry, I love BAFA and had quite quickly given up on the on-site consultation, whether residential or non-residential building,...

BEG individual measures? Then it is a existing building. Therefore, there is either a development plan or it is a Section 34 area. Actually, the reference to an existing building in the Section 34 area should be sufficient. But unfortunately, BAFA is an authority = always difficult ;)

It's a pointless effort since nothing here can be more relevant than an individual measure, it does not require a building application. Zoning plans are also rarely found in older stock. Who wants to check that with BAFA and for what ...
