Definitely Katja's version. Versions 1-3 look "awkward." When I imagine entering the bathroom in my mind, none of the three versions are nice.

Sewage cannot be the problem. The toilet is the only thing limited to such a distance because of the downpipe, etc. but that also moves around the room in the three versions. You can shift the shower and tub quite a bit within the floor.

I think it gets even better when you completely brick in the tub:

140x90 shower I wouldn’t call small now

We have 155 (internal dimension) by 110 with a side entrance and side showerhead. Even then, a bit splashes out. Not bad but we always put a towel in front. I believe if the entrance were not on the side, you would have to wipe the bathroom after showering

yes. I find them practical so that nothing falls from the washbasin into the toilet. For example, hair clips (speaking from experience).
