Bathroom planning - Request for help (with plan / drawing)

Then the bathtub would need about 1 meter of additional pedestal.. Does that make sense and am I not taking up too much space?

I also considered placing the bathtub crosswise against the north wall. But where would the toilet go then? It would have to be quite "lonely" on the east wall - but would that look good?!
