The bathtub looks like an oversized sink... Without dimensions, it's hard to say anything because you don't know what could actually fit where.

You're not wrong. I still find such a half-built freestanding tub stylish.
A normal, angled one I also find good.

Freestanding bathtubs mainly cause cleaning effort and unnecessarily consume square meters. I would always make sure that not everything is deliberately built small if you already have a 10sqm bathroom...

...And I would always make sure that you can just step up to the window and throw it open. A bathtub in front is rubbish. I agree with Yvonne. The standard floor plan is by far the best proposal so far.
