Was it really not possible if the partition wall fits roughly and the shower head could be attached to it? As always, not to scale, just a sketch.

Maybe like this? Although I would then shower at the door... you're planning a glass door anyway. or like this, then you could move the shower forward a bit and use the free space for built-in cabinets

thank you very much for the many inspirations. We put our heads together again here and found 2 options that we really like.

Option 1: (Currently probably our favorite)

What do you think about it? The only question here is whether the distance between the toilet and the washbasin is sufficient to not be "too tight."

That’s exactly how I would plan it too. Access to the shower from the left (splash guard), if the sloping ceiling cooperates there. + Partition wall WC / washbasin.

Why should the distance - your marking - be too small? It's not a passage to anywhere. There is an empty space/area…
