Hello,
I am currently still planning details of the floor plan. Some key data are already fixed due to external conditions.

However, the bathroom is still flexible in size and layout, and even after the 7th redesign I haven’t found one that blows me away :-/

This bathroom is in the one residential unit that I will live in alone.
In all other residential units there will be no bathtub and the bathroom will also be smaller.
I definitely want a bathtub (although it will be rarely used, still).
I also want a large shower. My current 85x85 is definitely too small.
Grab bars next to the toilet and also in the shower as well as next to/at the bathtub should be planned in.

The window faces exactly north. Size and position are still completely free. However, behind it, at a distance of 1.5m, a low technical room will be built (the building will be a kind of garage with a single-pitch or gable roof…). So the view is "blocked"… only daylight entry.
The position of the door is fixed.
Regarding the dimensions: The boxes each have a 50cm spacing, the bathroom is currently planned with a width of 248cm (but I can still adjust that, however the depth of 3m is fixed).
The bathroom should rather not be smaller. I want a cozy bathroom with a certain “room to move”. That’s why I’m afraid that the passage behind the door between the shower and the sink will feel and actually be too narrow in practice …?

What is your question?

When choosing the window, consider the height of the washing machine.
Do you want washing machine/dryer as one device?
On the plan, it looks too tight. No elbow room at the toilet, where is space for paper? + your grab handles. (Just go to your current toilet with a tape measure)
Where is the towel rack? The door almost rubs against the towel on the right. Mark the door leaf from the inside edge of the microwave.

Try one of the many freely accessible bathroom planners. They are in 3D and easy to handle.

How many levels does your apartment have?
If two: Omit the bathroom and design the bathroom and sleeping area open on the upper level.

Well, it also seemed tight to me. Yet some are planning with even smaller bathrooms. The entire living unit is "only" about 4.8 m² in size. The tip about the bathroom planner was good. I only know the house planner and I couldn't manage with it at all. Attached is the adjusted plan, a bit more open. Toilet now in front. What do you think about it?

The residential unit is on the ground floor and has only one level (single household). I would prefer not to have the washing machine (if at all, it will definitely be a washer-dryer due to space reasons) in the bathroom (for aesthetic reasons). But my utility room is tiny, about 140x110, and the controlled residential ventilation system will be installed on the ceiling there, and there must be space for a vacuum cleaner and a small shelf.

Unfavorable.
Washing machine opens to the toilet, no basket possible in front of it.
Swap toilet and washing machine?
