Bathroom planning floor plan city villa

Hello dear members of the house building forum. I need help with bathroom planning. Unfortunately, I cannot decide between the two bathroom layouts. Alternative suggestions are welcome. The bathtub should be a freestanding bathtub.

... you are not exactly well-endowed with measurements. The windows are also in different positions in the two drawings. In one drawing, there is no sill height, etc.

And, what do you mean by freestanding tub ... really freestanding? It looks a bit tight for that.

But first you should enlighten those who want to help: with such a single floor plan section you can’t do anything. Without the "rest" of the floor plan – at least the complete neighboring rooms – and the other floor as well (because of the drainpipes) there is not much to say besides "Hello".

The bathtub is not freestanding enough to avoid frustration while cleaning. :)
