Bathroom - Moisture between tiles and wall

Our shower wall has small cracks between the tiles. Moisture is seeping into the gaps (see photo). What is the best way to address this? Do I need to open up the entire wall?

I don't understand now. Why was there no drying phase?

Since we bought it from the developer, I do not know how long the drying phase was. I was told that repeated cleaning of the tiles with vinegar cleaner attacks the grout and makes it permeable. Sounds logical to me. Do you have a tip on how to clean the tiles more gently? Thank you and regards
