Hello,

Sure, that adds up to quite a few hours ;)

No, the concrete is probably just supposed to be roughly abraded a bit so that it provides better adhesion. Although I can’t recall that we – on behalf of our construction supervisor – ever requested this procedure from the client ...

Best regards

Thank you again.

Yes, it will probably be several hours.
For the sealing with KMB, they take just under 4K (then they probably sand themselves as well).
For a 100mm insulation, another just under 3K.

Since we are paying "only" just under 14K for the basement, we were already aware that we would have to pitch in a bit more ;-)

Hello Michael,

14K for 4 walls, plus floor slab, plus insulation, plus electrical work, plus screed, plus, plus or what is included in the 14K?

Kind regards

I wish ;-)
So the 14K are a base plate, a prefab basement (approx. 8.50 x 9.50) with 3 rooms + basement stairs, basement ceiling, 3 drainages from the wall, floor drain with backflow prevention and odor trap, 4 double-glazed basement windows and of course delivery / installation.
I believe I haven’t forgotten anything. ;-)

We do the waterproofing against ground moisture and insulation ourselves.
