BAFA funding - incorrect information during application

Hello everyone,

we have a problem with the BAFA application.
The heating company indicated a brine/water heat pump with ground probe drilling on the application for the type of heat pump, although actually a ground collector had been agreed upon.

Does anyone have experience with BAFA applications? The heating installer said they are not allowed to call BAFA as a company.
Furthermore, it is apparently the case that only one application is allowed.
What do you do in such a case?

So you already have an approval for the application but with a borehole instead of a collector?

I don't know if the heating engineer is NOT allowed to call Bafa. However, I can understand it ;)

In my experience, a phone call helps the most. We had a problem with the period for which the funding was approved for us. Changing the application was no problem. Whether that would mean a completely new application for you, though. Just give them a call. In my opinion, you can't go wrong there...
