BAFA funding for air-water heat pumps in new construction - how does it work?

I have slightly lost track of how the process with BAFA works now for the promotion of the air-water heat pump in a new building.

Do I have to submit the application
"Antrag auf Innovationsförderung für eine effiziente Wärmepumpe"

for my Rotex,

or must it be the application
"Antrag auf Förderung einer effizienten Wärmepumpe"?

It doesn't really matter what kind of application you submit. For new buildings, there is only the innovation grant. A seasonal performance factor of at least 4.5 must be proven. This is not possible with the air-to-water heat pump, but only with geothermal energy.

Other factors also play a role, such as heating limit temperature, proportion of hot water, standard outside temperature, supply and return temperature to arrive at the respective annual performance factor. Annual performance factor calculators can be found on the internet.
