Bad fittings

hello, is there anyone here with experience with bathroom fittings from the manufacturer cisal? I believe it is a well-known manufacturer from Italy. however, they have comparatively affordable prices, which are on average around 30% below common providers like grohe, Hansgrohe or hansa etc. who knows more?

But I do think that Grohe still has the best bathroom fittings. I have had Grohe in my bathroom for over 20 years and everything works perfectly. I prefer to pay a little more because it is worth it.

based on experience, you should rather opt for the more expensive faucets, because firstly with many you have a warranty period on the good piece and so you can be sure to exchange the faucet without any problems. the most important thing is that you keep the receipt because without it an exchange is almost impossible.

One should also not forget that with quality goods, you also have the replacement and spare parts guarantee. I once had the bad luck of equipping my bathroom uniformly (2x basins, bidet, shower) with fittings from a cheap company (I can't even remember the name anymore) and later, when they started to fall apart into their individual parts, I could neither get spare parts nor the same fittings again. That was very annoying...:mad:
