Availability of Ikea Besta Shelf and Ikea Roger Chair

Hello everyone,

I have been regularly checking the availability of the following products for many weeks:
Besta shelf B60xH192xT20cm in black-brown
Chair Roger, black.

The Besta shelf was on sale at the beginning of January, but it was no longer available in any Ikea store. I found the Roger chair on the homepage. At my Ikea store, they could not give me any information about when the Besta shelf will be available again.
Both products have not been available anywhere in Germany for many weeks?

What could be the reason for this? Can I still expect the products to be available again at some point?

An IKEA employee wrote here recently that the 20 cm deep Besta shelves will be discontinued.
