If you have to do without, which details/extensions
-can you do without: The two small dormers facing south are negotiable. They improve the house’s exterior appearance but are not absolutely necessary and interfere with the photovoltaics
-cannot do without: Basement, fireplace
Why is the design the way it is now? Example:
Standard design from the planner? Combination of our ideas and the requirements of the property
What do you think makes it particularly good or bad? The house is very practical according to our ideas. However, no special ideas were incorporated into the plan.
This is a single-family house on a hillside with a basement. The entrance is planned between the floors, and the staircase leads directly to the “ground floor” and the basement. Towards the street, the basement protrudes largely above ground, while on the garden side the ground is at the level of the ground floor, which allows for a level exit to the terrace. To hear some independent opinions on the basic design and the floor plan, we would appreciate some assessments. Please ignore the furnishing of, for example, kitchens and bathrooms. These are merely placeholders in the plan.
Edit: I forgot to mention that currently some doors in the plan do not fit exactly. The reason for this is major changes to the overall plan, after which the detailed adjustments have not yet been made.
