Assessment of Geotechnical Report

Hello dear forum community,

my wife and I want to purchase a plot of land in Helmstedt and had a building ground survey carried out before the purchase. A single-family house with a basement is planned.
Since the report is not so easy for laypersons to understand, I hoped that you could take a look at it. The plot is on a slope and the soil seems to be very clayey. In the building area itself, there are already a lot of houses, the ground conditions for these should be similar.

The founding recommendation is crucial. A BU or architect can assess this. Do you already have one? Do you know of any additional founding costs from the neighborhood?

We now have an architect. After the initial consultation, it will be a white tank, but the exact costs are of course not yet known. The architect said that the basement including white tank and use of the south slope will cost 60-70 K€. Let's see what else comes. In the neighborhood, almost everyone is building WITHOUT a basement and instead massively filling up.
