No, I assume the repayment rate will not be changed. That is simply human nature and supported by banking studies^^ people tend to keep it at the same level or rather lower it than increase it^^

You surely know that studies mostly reflect the average of people, and never the individual themselves? You can assume all sorts of things! As said, only the original poster knows best after knowing herself whether it is feasible.

Forget the studies and just think logically yourself and above all: be honest with yourself, then it will work!

Let him generalize. If we belong to those who do not increase the repayment, the world will not end either. If the ownership structure recorded in the land register reflects his equity contribution (it would then be 2/3 to 1/3), then I shouldn’t have to pay gift tax, or do we still need to consider something? Man... maybe it would really be easier to get married :D
