Arrange 6 parking spaces on a property

Good day, I have not yet started with the house planning, but I am already struggling with how to arrange the required 6 parking spaces on the relatively small plot. I have tried various options, so far without a reasonable solution, in the end there is no garden left. Question for you, does anyone have a better idea? The house should have 3-4 units. Plot size approx. 650 sqm. 2 driveways are allowed. Floor area ratio 0.4-- should just about work. Many thanks for your ideas.

Where are the waste containers for so many parties located? Maybe even #3 would have to be "sacrificed" for that? Should all parties participate in a shared garden area? I assume #1 and #2 are your spots? All I can say is that parking in the second row always requires coordination with your partner, especially when changing work hours come into play, etc. How many residential units are we talking about and what living areas are they supposed to have? I almost think the floor plan should be discussed in parallel here. Also how the garden is supposed to be used.

Bottom left diagonal: how is the car supposed to be pushed in there? There is no space for maneuvering. P2 will not be approved.

What speaks against 1 and 2 next to 6? Or straight through from the ramp?
