Are these additional costs really realistic?

Where did you all get your cheap soil surveys from? I had an offer from a nationwide provider for €1,200, then someone from the region did it for €1,450, and that was only 2 drillings and one excavation ([den Bagger habe ich separat bezahlt]).

2 drillings would have cost 440. It was a local civil engineer who did it. But why do you need an excavator for a soil survey? I'm not surprised about over 1000 EUR.

For the excavation, digging such a hole by hand is difficult, the excavator was not even included at the €1,450 as mentioned.

Supply connections are generally around 8000. Storing soil (on our own construction site) costs nothing, and the building permit was approximately 650 for us. By the way, our soil survey also cost about that much (<- @Boergi). We had several offers... from 450 to 1200... we chose the best offer for us, which also happened to be in the middle.

Hello, we have currently had a soil report created and we paid 675,-. However, there were also providers who wanted over 1,000,-. We are in [Münsterland/NRW]. When selecting the soil report, we received advice from the company that is installing the foundation slab.
