Are the items in these sampling centers really too expensive?

Hello, I want to build soon, who guided you through the exhibition? Did he explain to you exactly what is standard and what is not? Or did you have your salesperson explain to you what is standard and what is not? You will see, things will come up in the selection that you never dreamed of. Regards Claudius

Hello Claudius, the seller explained to us that everything with a green dot is standard. The green dot was clearly visible and our advisor confirmed it to us whenever we asked. He accompanied us.

Hello,

you have already seen that the thread is over 10 years old, right?!? Claudius was last online in 2011.... ;-)

Best regards,

Andreas

Well, I do hope that he is still among the living. But okay, then not. This "you'll see haha" scare tactic doesn't help anyone.

For example, a ladder or steps for the chimney sweep (only if there is a chimney, of course).
At least for me, that was surprising and it wasn’t exactly cheap either.

Or a different roof tile color.

In general, the standard usually looks poor compared to the upgrade options.

You need iron discipline, or financial leeway. Or a healthy mix ;)
