Hello,

I am just planning a bit regarding my house construction. And now I am currently looking at financing options. So of course I also came across the online banks which are already relatively cheap, but can I trust them?

Well, the problem is that you never have a proper contact person on site if you have any problems. So if something goes wrong, you can't really kick anyone's butt there, but always have to call and hope the hold time isn't too long, since it always costs x cents per minute.

so I would never trust any of these online banks they have a bad reputation in the press, even though you shouldn't always believe the Bild newspaper, but they don't just make everything up, it might be a bit exaggerated, but they can't be completely lying

Well, it's quite a difference whether you have their money and not your money. In other words, as long as you have their money, they want something from you. But if your money is with them and they then go bankrupt, you have a problem.

I think online banks are great, they cost much less. I also don’t need any contacts on site. They only cost money and I can save that. I simply think it’s great, it’s nicely affordable and I don’t see why I shouldn’t trust it.

Isn't there anyone here who already has experience with online banks? Because this is really important to me.
