I have already had bad experiences there too. - The guy was really only interested in his wallet and not in helping me meaningfully. I am now with another insurance advisor, she is great.
I would ask around a bit in my circle of acquaintances, maybe someone knows someone?! Something like that is always very helpful. Maybe acquaintances have already had good/bad experiences with one person or another.
I have only had good experiences in this area so far. But probably also because I always knew exactly what I want and need and what not. :) So inform yourself more beforehand - fewer problems later.
I see it the same way, the more you can find out on your own beforehand, the better. and someone who was recommended to you is also immediately much more trustworthy. a little mistrust is always good. :)
