schnacksack that is the right word. They talk and talk and repeat everything 1000 times until you believe the nonsense. So I would always advise against such an appointment, unless you know people who already work well with the real estate agent.

I am curious to see what awaits me. I will listen to everything first and not sign. I will listen and then go on the internet to check if everything he told me is true.

yes that is a good idea you can do it well that way. And if you find out that he told you nonsense, then I would also confront him about it and ask what that was supposed to mean.

Hello,

Every insurance broker should be approached with caution. Unfortunately, there are very few who really help you save money. Under no circumstances should you sign anything. You can listen to the whole thing if you are interested. You can also check online whether an insurance is too expensive or not.

Hello everyone,

after having fallen for insurance scams several times myself, from now on only one thing counts for me: not the price, but the service. Every insurance broker works on a commission basis and, of course, wants to sell insurance, even those that nobody needs. Whether you sign something or not is up to each individual; it is very advisable to get informed beforehand. But one thing I can tell you: cheaper never means better in the insurance business, because what good is it to me if I have a claim that takes months to be processed and reviewed, and in the end I still have to pay for it myself. Therefore, I advise everyone to find an insurance company that also has a fixed contact point (a branch office) nearby, so you can settle matters on site in case of a claim. ;)

So you can't trust just anyone!! That can really get you into trouble. I would inform myself beforehand in brochures or on the internet about which insurances are useful, which ones you even need, and so on.
