You have less soil on your property that can serve as a "buffer storage" for rainwater and thus naturally contribute to more wastewater (due to runoff rainwater) entering the drainage system. This would be my attempt to explain it from the municipality's perspective...

That’s not true at all, the fee schedule applies and the OP did quote it and highlighted the definition.

But it is mediocre. The notice seems correct and the amount will have to be paid. One can only be reminded of the thread regarding incidental construction costs. Apparently, this item was simply forgotten.

: the definition referred to my case, although there is certainly a document from the wastewater association somewhere that provides exactly this definition. I did not look for it myself. It was only about a few euros.

The fee is known. We will have to pay additional charges sooner or later. However, since we have already paid partially at the time of purchase, we still have to pay for 70sqm. It will be somewhere around 1300€.

Yes, the fee is known but not its calculation.
