Hello,
so whether now a lot of individual trades, or these possibly bundled, up to the complete project are advertised, I don’t really see it as a problem.
I would only always become alert when suddenly a certain GU is introduced, so not advertised across several.
Okay, of course you can also advertise in such a way that only a certain GU can come into play anyway.
The statement about the costs would already make me somewhat thoughtful.
Because with the same performance, the prices are not that far apart.
What I personally would definitely not do is to commission only a "lone fighter."
Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses, so I already have a partner who is only responsible for the design phase. With competitions, the whole thing looks quite different again.
Then engineers also belong on the team. (Statics, building services,...)
For special projects like passive houses, I also take professors on board. Here also possibly for special building law matters.
From the client’s perspective, I would always exploit that as well, because ultimately it doesn’t have to become more expensive for them.
Then the overall constellation may come into play again.
That can also be a GU,...
Best regards
