thank you very much for the calculation basis! Are the 50 TEUR included in the price of the city villa?
If not, then according to this calculation one comes to almost 400 TEUR without kitchen, special requests, etc...

Yes. Maybe this also explains why I initially did not respond to your first post. With this amount, you would never manage for 220 sqm plus basement ;)
