Approximate costs for drywall installation

I have a quick question regarding the estimation of drywall sheets that will be installed on the walls inside the house.

What do you roughly estimate as the costs from a drywall company for 608 sqm / normal gable roof / 1.5 stories, where only the ceiling of the upper floor needs to be considered with gypsum boards (the attic does not get any boards at all and the ground floor is already included in the 608 sqm).
A) Material
B) Labor costs

Or the total costs, as possibly no separation between material and labor costs is made and both are included in one price for the entire sqm area.

Then you have to say what the cladding area is - it is definitely not the 608 sqm.

Thank you for the note regarding the sheathing area.

Directly in front of the drywall board there is an OSB board (if your query is referring to that). So there are no rafters spaced 50cm apart that can only be used for screwing.

The OSB boards cover the entire area of 608 sqm, i.e. theoretically you can screw the boards on as you like (I know, preferably avoiding too much filler area later). Mostly 2000mm x 1250mm x 12.5mm boards are to be used.

If this does not answer the question regarding the sheathing, then I apologize in advance (I am not a craftsman).

Again: You don't have 608sqm to cover, so how are you supposed to estimate costs?

I had initially written the answer and then I think I noticed the mistake (I started from the floor area and then multiplied that by 4 walls. But if the room has 4x4m of living area, then the room height is not 4m but approximately 2.50 or 2.7 before screed etc.

So my calculation regarding the size is still roughly estimated.

Ground floor: Calculated height 2.70 for walls before screed / floor-to-ceiling windows and open living-dining area (so no wall calculation there) I roughly come to 165 sqm (in my 608 sqm from the first entry I had almost 300 sqm -> because the open living-dining area was not included then ;-)).

Top floor: Height 2.50 here ceiling included / due to slants (gable roof) and no open living areas I come to about 180 sqm (previously more than 310 sqm).

So in total 345 sqm with a safety buffer (does that make sense for a single-family house?).

Oh, and if you give me approximate costs, then preferably including VAT or if net then please write that briefly.

It can't really be the case if it's only about the ceiling of the upper floor (why do you keep including the ground floor in your calculation?). We had about 120 sqm of drywall sheets for a gable roof with a house footprint of around 110 sqm. And what use are prices to you - they vary greatly regionally, and with your OSB boards, it's something different again...
