Approximate cost for a single-family house

Hello, we are currently in the initial planning phase for a single-family house and unfortunately cannot estimate the costs at all. However, the following basic conditions are fixed for us: Outside dimensions approximately 10m*12m, 2 stories with a basement and double garage. Plot available, connection via district heating line to my parents' wood chip heating system possible. Construction timber for the roof truss is available. I can do the electrical work, flooring, painting, and paving myself. The equipment should be between standard and high-quality. How much cost can I roughly expect?
