Apply for temporary power supply before tree felling?

today there is a question from a couple of friends who are not represented here.

They have bought a plot of land and are already registered as owners.
The plot is fully developed.
A building application has been submitted, but that is all.
It looks like the approval will come at the end of May, beginning of June, or even later.
There are 60 trees on the plot (600 sqm).

Now the question for both of them is when to apply for construction power?
After the trees are gone?
Or already before?

My mistake. Both already have a felling permit and approval from the Lower Nature Conservation Authority. Since felling is only allowed once the building application is approved, they are simply uncertain about when to apply for the electricity.

You don't need electricity for felling trees yet. I would ask the energy supplier how long the processing time is.

I had the temporary construction power arranged by the shell builder. In my opinion, they usually know their stuff well and also have the appropriate accessories.
