I can't imagine dead animals, the only place they could be is between the ceiling of the apartment and the floor of the attic..
The heating has already been checked, or rather, there was an inspection last week as well.
Under the floor, some kind of silver foil was laid, I think, done by a professional, I don't know much about it, no moisture is coming out at the edges or anything. The floor was laid when everything was dry.
I will investigate the points that were mentioned as critical, for example the shower tray.
I need to check whether the house has a cesspit, or rather ask about it.
