From a garage that you can enter, you can always get out

Suggestion: separate the passage between garage/main apartment (it is completely overrated) and plan everything buildable, payable, and habitable.

And start with sketches – take graph paper, pencil, and eraser... draw straight walls.

If further help is to follow, then it only works if you give us information... see #2, link

take a break from electronic drawing. Work on paper, and only transfer it when it makes sense. The current stage is a highly compressed collection of zigzag walls. Continuing "working on it" leads to no goal, at most to madness.

I can only agree and when looking at the property, the spontaneous idea is initially ... garage in the north. Are the 17x29 m included in the ground floor plan the building boundaries for the property? Garage boundary construction on property no. 29 should be allowed - right?

If I write like this, I could also imagine the garage (really only 1 car?) together with the technology (for both units) in the middle .... also saves access paths.

In this project, the construction costs will be more than half a million (without land). I would definitely seek professional planning assistance for that.

I would still like to rearrange some rooms this evening, but I need information from the link: please fill out the questionnaire for the main house and the granny flat, with nice-to-have, must-have with reasons, and preferences. Also, please confirm the basic plot dimensions or provide information about building boundaries/distances. Feel free to send info about the building area via private message, but it's not important if you upload the details from the development plan. Regards, Yvonne

That would be an example. There was a lot of erasing involved - with my program it is much slower. However, one could take a look at how something like this looks in 3D, as roof shapes play a big role here. It could also look like a lot of extensions with flat roofs on the single-story structure.

Best regards in brief
