I don't think you can just choose any RAL color now if the BU specified "Anthracite" for you.
For example, we have windows from Schüco. Our BU had 6 or 7 colors available for the same reasonable extra charge. Of course, other colors could also be chosen, but Schüco would have charged extra for that. I think "grey brown" was included among those.
Check with your window supplier what films they offer. I cannot imagine that your supplier does not offer such a color at the same price.
