Paid from the first loan, so as a discount.
It is actually the first of these combo offers that can reasonably keep up with a loan that I have seen. But with the securities, that changes immediately.

I don't want to name any names now, that would be advertising, but please take your data to one of the three big brokers and have them show you everything live on the screen on site. They are more motivated than a bad bank employee (surely not all of them) because they have to sell to get something out of the appointment. Tell him in detail ...your needs (preferably all important items separately) ...your equity and additional securities ...if you want to contribute your own work insist on it > then you will get 2-3 good hits and you can play around with them again: which loan becomes cheaper with a little more equity, which can be varied better in the fixed interest period, who accepts own work uncomplicated as equity, what happens when you vary the repayment. I would not take a combo product. Your rate will be better with the same term. The total costs probably too.
