mmmh, my daughter lives nearby (150m) with now three small children. The other 2 children with 4 grandchildren are about 13.00 km away, and are expected to visit very rarely.

The deal at the moment is like this: I will occasionally be cooked for (BIO) in return for babysitting the children when mom and dad want some peace or go out. That is totally okay for me. Wood is allowed to "live" and get stains and signs of wear.

The bathroom will not be completely designed in Asian style. I would have to put a ladle and water bucket in the bathroom for that. Only the floor and possibly a wall picture.

It's a shame it won't be a water trough with a ladle. Oh, just go ahead with the wooden floor if you like it. It definitely works. I don't quite remember exactly how it was, but you have to seal it more often than a normal floor. And the joints to the wall as well as the floor baseboard too.

Why don't you simply glue the floorboards (also known as engineered parquet) to the floor and install an underfloor heating system as usual? Are there special reasons for this? Sustainability is ensured, and it will be cheaper.

Hello,

I would like a "springy" floorboard floor. That means the floor is a bit more gentle on the joints because it gives way / can bend slightly. Yes, I know, only very, very little. But that is already noticeable. I have tested the differences live.

It simply feels more comfortable. And the price ... the place is going to be too expensive anyway
I'm slowly reaching my previously set budget limit
(which I have already had to adjust upwards several times)
