We have from Vaillant an air-water heat pump + RecoVair (controlled residential ventilation). Advantage, all process heat generated by cooking, showering, electronics & co is used to heat the supply air.

Current values:
Outside temperature 12.3°C
Exhaust air temp 23.3°C
Supply air temp. 22.3°C

It becomes interesting in the single-digit outside temperature range

No, we are getting the same one as well. This is a standard central controlled residential ventilation system with heat recovery.

So the process heat is not specifically used but simply the heat from the exhaust air to warm up the supply air.

If you are considering a Vaillant combination in the new building, do not forget BAFA and also have a VR700/VR921 internet module installed. This way, the air-water heat pump and controlled residential ventilation can be integrated into the home automation.
