Agent wanted in the Chemnitz area

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a realtor in the Chemnitz area because my wife, our daughter, and I are searching for a plot of land (with or without a house) in a quiet suburban location.

However, nothing suitable can be found on the usual portals as I believe most good properties are sold directly without ever being online.

I am very grateful for any tips!

Sorry... maybe you should visit an online directory. Regional tips are difficult here - unless someone from your area is reading this. By the way, my search in a common directory yielded 244 results. Regards Yvonne

Thanks for the tip but that is my problem because maybe 20% of them are really good brokers and the rest are simply incompetent people who just want to make quick money.

That is why I am also asking for clear recommendations...
