We also have a few AEG appliances and cannot report anything negative (you can't say that about every brand).

I have an Aeg 90cm induction hob and oven and am very satisfied with both. However, I have never had any problems with the touch controls, not even with wet fingers. I am fascinated by the maximum power; you turn it on and after 2 seconds it is already bubbling on the bottom of the pot. I would especially recommend a 90cm hob for families, as you can then use several pans and pots on it. Once you have had a wide one, you can't imagine it with a 60cm anymore.

Well... I can only convey what I receive as feedback. On the other hand, who constantly runs around with wet hands while cooking.

Still, I find Twistpad more comfortable, but there it is again, ask 10 people......

Found that cool too, but with acquaintances it looked worn out after a while and kids also like to play around with stuff like that - and then it suddenly disappears.

Besides, the devices were a bit more expensive and I think I didn’t find a very large single cooking zone back then either.

Since a steam cooker is also being chosen, a 60 cm hob should be sufficient. This way, you can cook all the vegetables there elegantly and more healthily without having to use the stove. We chose AEG for the built-in appliances, Neff for the oven and steam cooker because of the look, and we are super satisfied. We have a stove without this Twistpad? thing – which beeps all the time – but I guess that’s the current induction technology?!
