Both the cheap versions and the expensive models are easy to clean. I use Viega - they have a particularly flat design. I can recommend them.

With the tiled one, you also have to be very careful when removing it for cleaning not to bump the rail anywhere. This happens very quickly (since it is also significantly heavier) and then corners of the tiles chip off and it quickly no longer looks nice.
