Danhaus, Heinz von Heiden and Scanhaus Marlow are quite a colorful mix,
Uh, OP is talking about , small difference...
Oops, ouch. What an embarrassing mistake from quick reading. The "small" before difference even needs quotation marks. Accordingly, I also have to relativize my earlier praise ...
That you are open to considering Holzer and Steiner as equals is very good.
... insofar as the OPs are even more beginner-needing support than I feared before.
Danhaus is a quite recommendable Holzer, which has already proven competitive with Steiner Viebrockhaus in my experience. Scanhaus Marlow, on the other hand, is a low-budget provider with a build-your-own-house-like standard. [...] I would not compare Danhaus with Scanhaus Marlow; Hanse Haus would come to mind more here.
Unfortunately, Danwood is also a skewed comparison to Scanhaus Marlow, although even in the other direction. Because while Scanhaus Marlow is only a borderline economy provider, Danwood in my opinion already dangerously plays with the romanticized view of oversized garden sheds rather than, even with all seven blind eyes closed, full-fledged dwellings. Even compared to Scanhaus, Danwood is, in my opinion, "not satisfactory" and really makes me fear the mentioned comparison field in terms of the OP’s brochure credulity worst-case scenario. That is really a bullseye of dirt cross-section; it hardly gets more beginner-like than that.
Therefore, I recommend the OP start a new thread with the completed questionnaire and pray to all good spirits that ...
we are considering building and are currently holding the first talks with corresponding providers. We have so far spoken with three companies
... is not meant in the premium catastrophic worst-case sense of having started talks with providers before there is a concrete plot.
