Additional costs for a prefabricated house

We have already recorded such things in the contract before and pay a surcharge of 1400 euros for the foil for our 21 windows. I find it sensible to record as many extras as possible at the time of contract signing, so you don’t pay any exorbitant price later.

It is offered between 3,000 and 8,000 euros. Experts in window construction advise against it. I ultimately decided against it as well. Consider the following: window seals must be replaced, roller shutter rails also have to be wrapped, which is hardly feasible. The wrappers avoid naming references. The wrap will show visible color changes after 5 years. You need scaffolding to carry out the wrapping work.
