Hello,
I want to have a little house built. A single-family house with 112m² of living space.
I assume that according to the Energy Saving Ordinance 2009 all houses are very well insulated. Since I am not a fan of throwing my money down the throat of the big energy companies, the house will have an air-to-water heat pump, a ventilation system with heat recovery, and a photovoltaic system on the roof.
Because the thought goes like this: Photovoltaic system generates electricity, air-to-water heat pump needs electricity, and the ventilation system prevents mold and, because it runs with heat recovery, I don’t need as much electricity to keep the house warm.
I am happy to be proven wrong!
Best regards
