I am not from the drywall sector and do not know the product, but
- load the plumber into the car in the morning, drive to the construction site, process the material with possible drying times, clean up the construction site and drive back.
If you charge 1 - 2 hours for work preparation and travel time, only 6 hours of working time remain. Certainly not unrealistic for small remaining areas.
I do not believe that such things can be charged more cheaply with a previously agreed fixed price here and in many other cases.
For small scopes of work, my risk surcharge must be such that I do not end up in the red even with small deviations from my estimate.
