Add a conservatory afterwards or build it right away?

I would first like to have the house secured and then, depending on the financial situation, have the conservatory built in 2-3 years, which can already be planned now (connections for electricity, heating) and approved.

Now the question is whether it would not become significantly more expensive afterwards if the excavator has to come twice...

Or is there the possibility of a compromise solution, for example, having the foundation done now and using it as a terrace until the conservatory actually comes? What would that cost (i.e., having the foundation done)?

I don't think it's a good idea to have the foundation for the conservatory made now and then use it as a terrace.

In my opinion, you would create a first-class thermal bridge into the house (continuous concrete surface)...

My recommendation would therefore be to have the conservatory built now – the likelihood is high that after two to three years you won't start building again because you don't want to endure the dirt and stress again.
