Actuators are open but no flow

look at the flow meter in the DG, there's a red cap missing that connects the spring inside with the white tube. Maybe that's missing and that's why

In fact, this red cap is fixed at the end of the tube, but the white pin does not connect to it anymore and is no longer attached.

Problem solved, I completely removed the Regolux, pushed the white pin all the way in so that the red float was secure again, and then reinstalled the Regolux.
