Accept crusty noses and drops?

Hello I have commissioned a complete renovation in an apartment (48 sqm) in my house, as well as the stairwell (3 floors). The company has now been working on it for about 6 months. The walls are partially being redone and the painting work is being done for the second time due to runs. Now I see that it has been painted carelessly again. That shouldn't have to be accepted, right? I don't want legal advice here, just to know if something like this is unavoidable. But I can't imagine that. It doesn't look nice.
