I come from the Ludwigsfelde area.
In the Rosseu Park it currently starts at 300€/sqm.
Everything around Berlin is really expensive....

I would also say, if your work is in the south of Berlin, take a look south of Berlin. Not necessarily Teltow, but Blankenfelde or even Rangsdorf. There could still be somewhat affordable options.

Things are really picking up there as well. Everything around Erkner/Grünheide/Woltersdorf... is benefiting from the Tesla impact.
