In my offer, the provisioning interest rates were the cheapest ever: 0.17% p.m., otherwise they were always 0.25% p.m.

For me, it is 0.25 p.m. (If I didn't need the loan until then, that would mean I would have to pay > €400 per month)

...kind of strange that when interest rates are supposed to rise significantly in the long term, banks lend their money so cheaply.

-> The conditions are otherwise great... just like they were almost at their best in spring.

You can always wait and hope that interest rates will go even lower. However, at the moment I definitely see more room to go up than down – that's why I would also like to strike while the iron is hot if it works out.
