Hello,
The company mainly builds with WDVS ...
That will be the cause.
In my opinion, your provider has specialized in this type of construction and logically also negotiated prices with his suppliers accordingly; a purely monolithic wall structure he will rarely if ever have to execute.
But I also don't understand why you - having consciously chosen this provider and their offer? - now want to deviate from their offer? Please don't get me wrong, but it's somewhat like wanting to hire a car mechanic to repair the washing machine. There are actually providers who, due to their company concept and supplier contracts, can only reasonably offer either one or the other in terms of price/performance.
Wouldn't it have been more sensible to look for a provider with a monolithic wall structure from the beginning? Therefore, I assume that if you want to build monolithically, you will have to swallow the "toad" of an extra charge...
Rhenish regards
